Facebook still matters. Yes, I said it!
I feel like we (as bloggers or online business owners) suffer a bit from bright shiny object syndrome and allow our promotion/social media focus to be swayed by the newest, biggest and brightest thing. I mean, who hasn’t spent hours playing with the filters on SnapChat or trying to figure out how to make StumbleUpon or Pinterest drive them thousands of page views each day.
But here’s the truth, friends. Some platforms just consistently work if you put the effort into them. And Facebook is the leader of that category.
Here’s what I know: having a Facebook PAGE (not a group…a page) is still one of the best ways to grow a dedicated fan base that reads all your content, supports your work, and buys from you when the time is right.
But I understand just how frustrating Facebook has become for so many people. I GET IT! They have a wicked smart algorithm that has essentially made it feel impossible to find new fans and followers. It’s so annoying to put your blood, sweat and tears into a post and then have exactly 11 people see it in their News Feed. UGH – I SO KNOW THAT FEELING!
However, if you have the right information and the right tools, Facebook does not have to be a stone wall of silence. Nope, it in fact can be your very best friend and greatest online resource for growth when used correctly.
So what are those tools? Well, why don’t you let me teach you?
I recently held a Facebook webinar where I revealed the best (and proven!) methods to “trick” the Facebook algorithm, grow your Facebook page with people who really like you and really like your content, and increase your reach organically (you don’t have to pay for expensive ads or even boost posts if you don’t want to!). Quite frankly, the information I provided blew people out of the water and has already improved the Facebook pages of the people on the webinar. You know when you’re presenting and you just FEEL it? I felt it during this training – and so did everyone else.
In fact, I felt it so much that I want to make this training available to all of you – anyone who has a Facebook page they’re not overly happy with, anyone who hasn’t started a Facebook page because they don’t know what to do with it, or anyone who just wants to learn more about Facebook & its algorithm – this is for you!
